Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit an electronic
version (Postscript or PDF) of the paper by e-mail to:

Submissions must be of at most 12 pages plus, optionally,
a clearly marked appendix to be read at the discretion of
the program committee.  Simultaneous submission to other
conferences with published proceedings is disallowed.
